1. First change your FTP password.
2. Make sure that the machine you are updating from is disinfected (sometimes a simple malware can send your access codes to a third party).
3. Run a full data scan by your antivirus software on your local computer.
4. Delete all your FTP data under the main directory (www or httpdocs) and re-upload your site after the scan.
5. If your website is powered by a CMS such as WordPress, Joomla .etc, please update the CMS and all its plugins and themes to the latest version and uninstall all unused plugins and themes.

As soon as your site is added on the Google platformaccess the Google Webmaster Tools and select your domain name in the top section.

Then go to the Safety and manual actions then Security issues.

If your site is damaged follow the instructions. In this case, google will display the following message.
